From the boardrooms of Corporate America to the winding trails of far-off lands, Kristen has rewritten the rules of the game. While she was once the suit-and-tie HR executive, she now conquers the world one heart-centered client at a time.

Drawing upon her two decades of experience as an in-house HR executive, Kristen established her consulting practice with a clear vision: to address the critical need for a more human-centric approach that prioritizes people and business outcomes. 

Prior to founding Kristen Francisco Consulting, Kristen led organizations through all facets of HR for Fortune 500 companies. She is known as a consultative and strategic HR leader with exceptional EQ who combines innovation and transformation to boost performance, drive business growth, and deliver a world-class employee experience. Empowering and influential, she advised top executives to translate business vision into people and culture initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.

When not orchestrating workplace culture magic, Kristen has a suitcase perpetually packed and an insatiable wanderlust. She finds solace in exploring the hidden gems of the globe, whether it's trekking through every National Park she can get to, skiing in Chile, or savoring street food in Vietnam.    

Among friends and family, Kristen is renowned as the go-to dog sitter. Furry friends know her as the treat-giver and belly-rubber extraordinaire.   She also dons the cape of "best aunt in town" as she is lucky enough to have a beautiful niece and play "aunt" to her closest friend's children.  

Kristen resides in Los Angeles with her partner, Dennis.  Her heart bleeds black and gold as a die-hard LAFC fan.
